Se ci capita di essere soli mentre mangiamo, ci accorgeremo che molti alimenti possono essere ascoltati mentre si trovano all’interno della nostra bocca per essere masticati e consumati.
Un rumore di qualcosa di secco e croccante udito durante la masticazione, enfatizzerà la percezione della consistenza elaborata dal senso del tatto aumentandone e rendendo più netta e chiara la sensazione.
Con un po’ di attenzione, con il tempo saremo in grado di riconoscere molti alimenti in base al loro rumore, e apprezzare le caratteristiche in base all’aspettativa auditiva che abbiamo.
